Veggie Joy Farms was founded in March 2025 by Stacy Tollefson, PhD. After years of training and then teaching at the University of Arizona's Controlled Environment Agriculture Center, and after even more years of experience in the hydroponic industry, she now owns her own farm providing high quality vegetables for the Arizona market and educational training programs to help entrepreneurs start up their own farms.
